  • Acting as liaison among all parties including inventors and applicants seeking intellectual property protection for scheduling and sharing information.
  • Organizing and managing documents, including the creation of intellectual property docketing, conflict reports, search reports, applications, and recording instruments in both physical files and electronic filing and management systems.
  • Coordinating the collection, review, and production of documents and responding to inventor/applicant requests.
  • Researching prior art using electronic searching and reference sources (translated to English pro re nata).
  • Compiling information and preparing statistics, charts, graphs and other summaries to detail prior art research findings, patentability opinions, infringement opinions, freedom-to-operate opinions, and validity opinions.

Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements
